1. Scope of This Policy
This Return Policy applies to all consultation products offered by Cleanryyoungia, including the Starter Budget Consultation ($59), Weekly Meal Mapping ($129), and Full Pantry and Plan Program ($249). Because our products are primarily service-based and include personalized deliverables such as meal plans, shopping lists, and consultation sessions, standard physical return procedures do not apply. Instead, this policy addresses cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for our consultation services.
2. General Refund Principles
We want every client to feel confident when booking a consultation with Cleanryyoungia. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery at the time of your cancellation request, the specific consultation package purchased, and the reasons for your request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form or by reaching out through the contact information provided at the end of this policy.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within ten to fourteen business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Partial refunds may be issued when a portion of the consultation services has already been delivered.
3. Starter Budget Consultation
The Starter Budget Consultation includes a sixty-minute session, habit review, three action steps, and a digital summary report.
- Full refund: Available if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled session and no consultation materials have been prepared
- Partial refund of fifty percent: Available if you cancel between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before your scheduled session
- No refund: Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show)
- After session completion: No refund is available once the consultation session has been conducted and the summary report has been delivered, as the service has been fully rendered
If you are dissatisfied with your Starter Budget Consultation, please contact us within seven days of your session. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary follow-up call or credit toward a higher-tier package.
4. Weekly Meal Mapping
The Weekly Meal Mapping package includes a custom seven-day meal plan, shopping list, prep schedule, and one thirty-minute follow-up call.
- Full refund: Available if you cancel before your initial consultation session has taken place and no meal plan materials have been created
- Partial refund of fifty percent: Available if you cancel after the initial consultation but before your customized meal plan and shopping list have been delivered
- No refund: Available once the complete meal plan, shopping list, and prep schedule have been delivered to you
- Follow-up call: The follow-up call may be rescheduled once without penalty. Missed follow-up calls without twenty-four hours notice are forfeited without additional refund
If you receive your meal plan and find that it does not align with the dietary requirements or budget parameters you specified during intake, contact us within five business days of delivery. We will revise your plan at no additional charge provided the discrepancy resulted from our error or oversight.
5. Full Pantry and Plan Program
The Full Pantry and Plan Program is our most comprehensive consultation product, including a pantry audit, four weeks of meal plans, a staple ingredient guide, and two follow-up sessions.
- Full refund: Available if you cancel within seven days of purchase and before the pantry audit consultation has been conducted
- Partial refund: After the pantry audit but before delivery of the first weekly meal plan, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of services not yet delivered
- No refund: After delivery of two or more weekly meal plans, as substantial personalized work will have been completed on your behalf
- Program pause: You may request a one-time pause of up to thirty days due to personal circumstances. Paused programs resume at the point of interruption without additional fees
Clients enrolled in the Full Pantry and Plan Program who experience dissatisfaction at any point during the program are encouraged to communicate with their assigned consultant immediately. We prioritize resolving concerns through plan adjustments, additional support, or session rescheduling before considering refund requests.
6. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any consultation session without penalty by providing at least twenty-four hours notice. Rescheduling requests should be submitted through our contact channels with your preferred alternative dates and times.
Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours notice are handled on a case-by-case basis. Repeated late rescheduling or no-show behavior may result in forfeiture of the affected session without refund and potential restriction from future bookings.
Virtual sessions may be rescheduled across time zones with appropriate coordination. In-person sessions at our Henderson, NV location are subject to office availability.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Cleanryyoungia stands behind the quality of our budget healthy eating consultation services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables received as part of any consultation package, you may request a review of your case within the timeframes specified above for each product.
Our satisfaction resolution process includes:
- Review of your original intake information and consultation notes
- Direct communication with your assigned consultant to understand your concerns
- Offer of revised deliverables, additional consultation time, or package credit where appropriate
- Refund consideration when revision or credit is not a satisfactory resolution
Satisfaction guarantees do not apply when dissatisfaction arises from factors outside our control, including failure to follow provided meal plans, undisclosed dietary restrictions discovered after plan delivery, or unrealistic outcome expectations not aligned with the scope of our consultation services.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Consultation sessions that have been completed in full
- Personalized meal plans, shopping lists, pantry audit reports, and staple guides after delivery
- Third-party payment processing fees charged by payment providers
- Services purchased during promotional periods where the promotion terms explicitly state non-refundability
- Gift consultation purchases after the recipient has redeemed any portion of the service
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend any ongoing consultation services and decline future bookings until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns promptly and fairly.
We maintain detailed records of all consultation sessions, deliverables, and client communications to support resolution of payment disputes. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent restriction from our services and potential legal action.
10. How to Request a Refund
